At Ylexeathranux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning plants and requesting refunds or exchanges.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request for your indoor plants. This timeframe allows you to assess the condition of the plant and ensure it meets your expectations.
To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in its original condition, properly packaged, and still healthy. Plants that have been damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery may not be eligible for return.
We accept returns for the following circumstances:
Please note that minor variations in plant appearance, such as leaf size or shape differences, are natural and do not constitute grounds for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product due to shipping.
If the return is approved due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned plant.
Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refund amounts will include the original purchase price of the plant. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
We may offer exchanges for plants that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested plant variety.
To request an exchange, contact us following the same process as returns. If the exchange plant is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Returned plants must be in resalable condition. Plants that are returned in poor condition due to improper care may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or that appear to have been damaged intentionally.
If you receive a plant that is clearly dead or severely damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund.
